Great communication, kept up to date with with all aspects of our order, which was for a picture window and patio door. We had Rationel triple glazed windows installed and are really pleased with the performance of the windows. The installation team were fabulous, very professional and friendly.
I have forgotten their names already but wanted to say what a great job they did. The doors are really easy to use now and operate as new. Both guys were efficient and went to great lengths to explain to me what I needed to do in terms of future maintenance which wasn’t easy for them given I’m blind. So very positive feedback from me about their professionalism and approach.
Right from the start once we submitted drawings, letting us know delivery dates and install which was very good and the finished product was excellent. We opted for VELFAC 200, they look great.
