Ventilation
The fully concealed, anodized click vent helps improve ventilation and the indoor climate. Restrictors limit opening of the window to about 50cm. They need to be released before the window can be opened completely. The WindowMaster motor can be computer controlled and used in natural ventilated projects or where windows are inaccessible.

FAQs
What is the difference between VELFAC 200 and VELFAC 200 Energy?
VELFAC 200 Energy is the current high-performance triple glazed system available through Westcott, designed to generate more energy than it loses — ideal for Passivhaus projects and low-energy new builds. VELFAC 200 (the standard double or triple glazed variant) has been withdrawn from the UK market and is no longer available to order. If you have an existing VELFAC 200 installation and need advice on replacements or upgrades, please get in touch.
Are VELFAC windows made to measure?
Yes. Every VELFAC window and door is manufactured bespoke to your exact specification. There are no standard sizes — you specify dimensions, opening function, glazing type, frame colour (inside and outside independently), and accessories. Ideal for extensions,
renovations and self-build projects where standard sizes compromise the design.
How much do VELFAC windows cost?
VELFAC is a premium composite product. Because every unit is bespoke, pricing depends on size, quantity, glazing specification and opening function. Contact us with your drawings or dimensions for a detailed quote. We are happy to advise on specification to balance performance and budget.
How long does VELFAC window installation take?
A typical single-property installation of 10-20 windows and doors usually takes 1-3 days with our team. Larger projects are scheduled in phases alongside your builder. We coordinate delivery and installation to minimise disruption to the site programme.
Are VELFAC windows suitable for listed buildings?
VELFAC has been specified on listed buildings and conservation area projects, particularly where a slim contemporary frame is sympathetic to the building’s character. Planning requirements vary by local authority. We have experience working with architects and planners on sensitive projects throughout Hampshire and West Sussex.
Does Westcott supply VELFAC only, or install as well?
Westcott supply and install. We are VELFAC approved installers — our installation team has been trained and certified by VELFAC directly. This gives you a 6-year installation warranty backed by VELFAC, in addition to the VELFAC product warranty of up to 12 years. Supply-only is available for certain trade and contractor projects — please contact us.
What Our Clients Say

Great service all round. Thorough pre planning and advice during the design and quote processs, clearly a lot of experience in the field. Really pleased with the install, fitters were very knowledgable and experienced and a recent warranty issue was dealt with just as professionally. Would definitely use them again.
Simon, United Kingdom
Ordered a door c/w side window for our porch, to match the existing windows that had been fitted by the builders when the house was extended. Easy company to deal with, whether by phone or email & a great job done by the fitters on the day. Everything went as planned & I am planning on using them again, for the next phase of works.
Ron & Ginny, Waterlooville
We are really very pleased with the (30!) windows you have installed for us and will recommend you to our friends. The key thing for us was immediate response to any problems and the friendly (and patient) attitude from everyone throughout.
