What makes this company stand out is outstanding customer service from start to finish. I had VELFAC 200 Energy windows installed for a new self-build so attention to detail was paramount. Westcott Architectural Glazing came to site multiple times before, during and after fitting to ensure the product was perfect. When one of the larger units was difficult to close, they sent their engineers to adjust it but still determined it wasn’t perfect, so replaced the entire unit. Its the service we all would hope companies strive to deliver but we typically settle for less. Composite windows really did deliver on my project. They have a great team in the office and at site. I would definitely use them in subsequent projects.

I have forgotten their names already but wanted to say what a great job they did. The doors are really easy to use now and operate as new. Both guys were efficient and went to great lengths to explain to me what I needed to do in terms of future maintenance which wasn’t easy for them given I’m blind.
