Kevin, Dorchester

Had VELFAC windows and doors fitted recently on a project by Composite Windows UK. Great company to deal with. Very helpful in the ordering process and the fitters were a pleasure to deal with. No hesitation in using and them again.

Paul, Wiltshire

Westcott installed Velfac aluminium windows, bi-folds and external doors right across our house refurb. They were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable – and explained things in terms we could easily understand. We have no hesitation in recommending Westcott.

Mr Hewitt, United Kingdom

When ordering the windows, we made numerous changes along the way. They were very quick to update the order and help with questions along the way. Their installation team was good and were able to overcome a few quirks in our existing house. I was doing the following on decoration works after the windows were fitted. A couple of aspects made it difficult to finish up around the newly installed windows. Shims and metal plates were left in need of grinding back in order to get a plasterboard back up against the window internally. This was perhaps inevitable however, due to the old Victorian check reveals in the brickwork and some very out of square existing openings. On the whole we are very pleased.
