To address this, the design team added a ground-floor extension to increase living space. They also created a first-floor extension with roof terraces. French doors on both the first and second floors provide direct access to these outdoor areas.

The project team specified VELFAC 200 composite windows and doors throughout the property. Their slim frames and large glazed areas bring more natural light into the home. They also frame uninterrupted views of the harbour and city skyline. In addition, the contemporary design complements the architectural improvements.
