They checked all the rest of the VELFAC windows and Rationel sliders, adjusting a couple, and nothing was too much trouble. We have dealt with several folk at Westcott Architectural Glazing for our whole house install – and ranging from sales, through logistics, accounts to the Dovista rep on a couple of tech queries. Even with Jeremy Westcott directly to resolve something. Everyone is great – as are the products and the service. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
